F/T Experienced Housekeeping / Cleaning staff
Job Description:
We are currently seeking full-time experienced housekeeping / cleaning staff to upkeep and maintain the high quality cleanliness of the motel rooms and shared common rooms.
The expected job duties involve:
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wash flooring
- Dust and sanitize furniture
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Change the sheets and make the beds
- Distribute freshly cleaned towels and toiletries
- Stock linen closet(s)
- Clean, disinfect, and wash kitchenettes and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Handle and report lost and found items to management
- Attend to guests requests for extra supplies, linens, or other items
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- Address and report customer complaints or concerns to management
- Upkeep laundry of sheets, towels, and other linens

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced motel manager to oversee the motel activity and provide excellent customer service to guests seeking temporary accommodations. Our optimal candidate prioritizes guest comfort and provides a positive and friendly experience.
The expected job duties involve:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Supervision of cleaning staff
- Negotiate with vendors for the provision of motel supplies and materials
- Communicate with guests for the use of facilities
- Perform front desk check-in duties
- Prepare marketing plan and monitor revenues and expenses
- Arrange for and oversee repair and maintenance activities
- Implement and/or enforce policies and procedures
- Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy
- Assist customers / guests with special requests
- Establish work schedules for cleaning staff
